Introduction

This statement sets out Urban Recruitment Group’s commitment to continually improving its practices to combat slavery and human trafficking in its own business and its supply chains. This statement relates to actions and activities during the financial year 1st September 2018 to 31st August 2019.

Urban Recruitment Group structure and supply chains

We are a provider of recruitment services in the health and education sector. We are the parent company of MedicsPro Ltd and Eshar Ltd. The Group has over 150 employees and operates in the UK. Under The Modern Slavery Act 2015 the Group is required to provide this statement. The Group operates with the following business units:

Modern Slavery Statement - 2018

This statement demonstrates our commitment (MedicsPro Limited), to eliminating the exploitation of people and is made in line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the Act). 

MedicsPro has always taken pride in our ethical stance and in the way that we manage our workforce and candidates, from initial sourcing through to assignment/placement. 

MedicsPro are committed to ensuring that there is transparency throughout our organisation in the relationships we hold with our Applicants, Clients, Suppliers and Staff.

This statement is published in accordance with section 54 of the Act and relates to the financial year September 2018 to August 2019.
